2. Service Description
Find Your Deductions provides an AI-powered platform to help identify potential tax deductions from your financial transactions. The Service analyzes transaction data to identify possible deductible expenses and provides reports and insights.

3. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to:
- Pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in effect when you subscribe
- Provide us with valid payment information
- Pay any applicable taxes in addition to the subscription fees
We may change our fees and payment terms at any time, but any changes will not apply to your current subscription period. We will provide notice of any fee changes before they take effect.
4. Use of Financial Data
To use certain features of the Service, you may connect your financial accounts through Plaid. By connecting your accounts, you authorize:
- Find Your Deductions to access your transaction data through Plaid
- Plaid to provide your transaction data to Find Your Deductions
You understand that:
- Find Your Deductions receives read-only access to your transaction data
- We cannot move money or make changes to your accounts
- You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your accounts in the Settings
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Find Your Deductions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Find Your Deductions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Tax liabilities or penalties resulting from using our Service
8. Termination and Data Deletion
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
When your account is terminated (whether by you or by us), we follow our comprehensive data deletion and retention policy. Your personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law (such as for tax-related information) or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. 9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
